Our client is a leading, British Tech company with steady growth that hires around 100 graduates a year. In order to streamline this growth and maximise efficiencies, we are looking for a Recruitment professional with experience recruiting from top UK universities to join as a Sales Manager and help attract the best available talent.
  
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is able to work independently and enjoys travelling around the country to build strong relationships. Your main stakeholders will be career officers from Russell Group universities and there are plenty of resources available you can leverage. From a generous budget to organise internal events to a large number of senior colleagues and hiring managers to help you boost your sales in industry (university) events.
  
Main responsibilities:
  
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with career services and key contacts at the top UK universities.
  • Proactively source, engage, and present high-calibre STEM graduates to the internal recruitment team.
  • Manage a consistent pipeline of candidates to meet hiring targets.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth and efficient candidate journey (the recruitment team will handle all screening and interview scheduling).
  • Meet and exceed hiring targets to earn commission (a very generous structure is in place).
  
Requirements:
  
  • A highly Independent, proactive "go-getter" with a proven ability to manage your own workload and thrive in a standalone role.
  • Proven experience in graduate recruitment, ideally from a fast-paced environment.
  • Someone with a track record of hiring STEM graduates from top Russell Group universities.
  • Utilise LinkedIn to build and manage targeted campaigns that drive candidate applications.
  • A results-driven individual who is highly motivated and Sales-focused.
  • Excellent Relationship Building and Communication skills.
  • 2 years' experience in a recruitment agency or in-house is essential.
  • Full right to work in UK without any restrictions is also essential.
  
This position is remote within the UK with a possibility to work from the offices located in Central London when desired. Package includes a salary of around £50,000 p.a. and an attractive, Uncapped bonus structure of £1,000 per placement after the first 10 each year.
