As the Head of Business Development and part of the board of directors, you will be in charge of managing three teams as well as implementing new ideas to steer the company's commercial reach through new business generation carried out by the teams and boost customer satisfaction to ensure renewals and further market development.

Main responsibilities :
- Manage three teams: Marketing, Broker Channel Development and Affinity (senior Account Executives)
- Define, implement, and monitor comprehensive development and retention strategies tailored to each distribution channel to drive sustainable growth
- Personally lead and drive sales development efforts focused on establishing and nurturing new partnerships, particularly with banks and mutual organisations
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of sales strategies that support business objectives
Main requirements :
- Previous sales management experience (5+ years)
- Previous team management experience (5+ years)
- Able to structure and carry out a business action plan
- Extensive experience in structuring a communication and event plan for business providers
- Exceptional numerical and anayltical skills
- Proficiency and passion for tools such as Excel and Power BI
- Fluent in French and English
- Able to commute to La Défense up to 4 days a week
- Full right to work in France without any restrictions
