Here are some of the responsibilities:
- Help clients understand the options and possibilities for how they can use highly configurable and complex systems
- Design and implement top quality new software solutions
- Solve challenging technical problems using a structured and logical approach
- Gather client requirements and turn these into detailed, unambiguous and accurate specifications
- Manage the build of sometimes complex implementations, and ensure this is done to specification
- Continuously monitor and improve all aspects of the software
- Support the sales team by contributing to client proposals including presenting and demonstrating technical solutions to clients
Requirements for the role:
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an analytical role, particularly in Technology
- Full right to work in the UK without any restrictions
- Achieved a 2:1 or above at Bachelor’s level in a STEM subject including Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science or Engineering from a top 30 UK university
- Excellent A-levels, minimum AAB (or equivalent) including an A in Maths
- Very strong communication skills
- Based close to or willing to relocate to Birmingham as this is a hybrid position
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Logical, well organised and practical
- Confident and eager to take on responsibility and the ability to learn new skills quickly
- The ability to work well as part of a team, seamlessly collaborating with others
- Computer literate (e.g. Word, Outlook, Excel) and able to pick up new concepts
