A leading international SaaS business is looking for a Tax and Treasury Manager to join their dynamic finance team in London. This is a newly created position offering a broad mix of tax compliance, advisory, and treasury responsibilities – ideal for someone with a hands-on approach and strong technical grounding.
�55357;�56508; What You’ll Be Doing:
- Own the preparation and review of key tax filings (VAT, PSA, CT61, DTTP2, Class 1A, Employment Related Securities, and more).
- Work with external advisors on UK corporation tax, CIR returns, and transfer pricing.
- Provide audit support and handle group tax reconciliations.
- Support R&D tax relief claims and identify tax planning opportunities.
- Act as the subject matter expert for transfer pricing across the group.
- Lead treasury tasks including banking operations, intercompany loans, and cash reviews.
- CA / ACA / ACCA / CIMA / CTA qualified, ideally with 1–2 years PQE.
- Experience across a broad range of UK taxes and corporate tax compliance.
- Strong knowledge of deferred tax and transfer pricing.
- Confident, self-starter who can work independently on new and evolving tasks.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with legal, finance, and operations.
- Excel proficiency and sharp attention to detail.
- £65,000 – £75,000 base salary
