With presence in over 40 countries and nearly 100,000 users, its Paris office keeps growing and is now adding an Insurance Products team of three hard-working, results-oriented graduates who want to kickstart their career in Tech.

This is a hybrid position with offices in Paris La Défense. Starting salary goes up to €40,000 p.a. + bonus and benefits including AXA prévoyance, meal discounts, gym discounts and retirement plan. As part of this newly-created team, you will:
- Work directly with clients across France to agree requirements for projects in their digital transformation (client-facing skills)
- Write detailed specifications for development teams and work closely with them to ensure accurate delivery (attention to detail, accuracy)
- Coordinate with internal teams of software developers and business analysts based in England to deliver cutting edge products and with QA testing teams to perform in-depth testing on the product (technical conversations in English)
- Work with clients during the testing phase to provide support and coordinate with the internal teams to resolve issues (technical conversations in French)
- Support your owned products by answering questions, investigating live issues and preparing fixes (technical conversations in French)
- Manage multiple projects with multiple clients at the same time (task prioritisation)
Requirements for the role:
- Full right to work in France without any restrictions
- Fluency in both English and French
- Ability to commute to Paris La Défense three times a week and some international travel
- Bachelors Degree in Mathematics, Business, Engineering or other relevant fields
- Mention Bien or Très Bien on Scientific Baccalauréat with excellent grades in Maths
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently as well as in teams
- An international educational background and/or sports background would be a bonus
- Great level of accuracy and attention to detail
